Checkout, order status, downloads and refunds.

• Checking out on Plukio Buy now or add to your Bag, pick where it ships, and pay the maker through Stripe. No account needed on the web.
• Downloading digital purchases Your files are on your order page and in your library on plukio.com. The apps list them but don't download them.
• Finding your order Your confirmation email links to your order, and signing in with the same email adds it to your account.
• Order status and shipping What each status means, when you hear from us, tracking, and changing or cancelling an order.
• My payment didn't go through A declined card, a checkout you left, a payment still confirming, or an error before Stripe opened.
• Returns, refunds and problems with an order The maker handles returns and refunds. Write to them or to us, and a refund reaches your card in 5 to 10 business days.
• Taxes, customs and duties on your order What checkout charges, who is responsible for tax, business tax IDs, and import duty on parcels from abroad.
