Finding your order
From your email
When the payment lands, we email you Order confirmed with the maker's name. Its View your order button opens your order page in any browser, on any device, for 30 days. Every later email about the order, like On its way, has the same button.
In your account
If you were signed in when you bought, your order is under Your orders. Once you have more than six, you can search them by maker, piece or order number. In the iPhone and Android apps, it's under Orders.
A checkout you didn't finish isn't listed, because it isn't an order: see My payment didn't go through.
I checked out without an account
Sign in with the email you checked out with, and your guest orders join your account, with any files in them. This works in the apps too. Signing in on the browser you bought with also brings that browser's orders along.
The order page says "Sign in to see this order"
Sign in with the email you checked out with, or use the View your order button in your order email. If it says This order isn't on this account, you're signed in with a different email from the one on the order.
The link has expired
Order links work for 30 days. When one has run out, the page says This link has expired. Press Email me a fresh link, and we send a new one to the email on the order. You can ask once an hour.
Your order number
Each order has a short reference, eight letters and numbers, shown as Order and the reference on the order page and in every email. Quote it when you write to us or the maker.
Can't find the email? Look in your spam or promotions folder, or email [email protected] with the email you checked out with.
