Returns, refunds and problems with an order
When you buy from a maker on Plukio, the maker is the seller: they ship, refund, and stand behind what they sell. Plukio runs the checkout and helps when something goes wrong.
Returns and exchanges
Plukio doesn't set a returns window, and each maker decides whether to take something back or swap it. If that matters to you, ask the maker before you buy.
Getting help with an order
Something arrived damaged, wrong, or not at all? Tell us or the maker:
- Message the maker. On your order page, press Message shop (you need to be signed in).
- Or write to us. Reply to any order email, or write to [email protected] with your order reference. A person reads every reply, and we'll help you sort it out with the maker.
Tip
Keep payments on Plukio. A payment made outside Plukio checkout can't be refunded through Plukio.
How refunds work
The maker refunds you from Plukio, for the whole order or part of it. We email you Refund on its way (or Partial refund on its way) with the amount, and any note the maker wrote. Your order page then shows what was Refunded to your card.
I can't find my refund
Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank, and the money goes back to the card you paid with.
If it's been longer than that, reply to your refund email with your order reference.
Disputing a payment with your bank
If you ask your bank to dispute the payment, the maker answers it through Stripe. Once a payment is disputed, the maker can't refund that order from Plukio, so if you'd rather settle it with the maker, write to them or to us first.
