Emails about your order

Every order email goes to the address you gave at checkout, and each one has a button that opens your order page in any browser, signed in or not.

If downloads are part of the order, the confirmation says they're ready on your order page.

When you ask for help with an order, you get a few more: a receipt, a note when you can ask Plukio to step in, and the decision. See Get help with an order.

The review request

You get at most one per order, and only if you have a Plukio account. It doesn't come when the order was refunded in full, when there's a card dispute on it, or when you've already reviewed everything in it.

To stop them, turn off Ask me to review what I bought in your account settings. The other order emails always go out: they're your receipts and updates.

The button in an order email works for a while, then expires. Open the order page from the link anyway and ask for a fresh one: it goes to the address on the order, never another.
