Sales reports and CSV downloads

Your shop's Taxes page is where your sales figures live, and each part of it downloads as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet. As the page puts it: "What you sold, where it went and what Plukio charged you, read from your orders as they were paid."

Pick a period

At the top, choose Month, Quarter, Year or Custom, then use the arrows to move to an earlier or later period. For Custom, pick the two days and press Show.

What's on the page

• Sales by destination: the orders, goods, downloads, shipping and total you sold into each place. A place with more than one kind of item is broken down by tax class.
• Refunds made: the refunds you made in the period, by destination.
• Plukio's fees: every fee Plukio charged you in the period, with a link to a printable statement. See Fee statements.
• Yearly summary: for each currency, your number of sales, what you sold, refunds, Plukio's fees and your net.

Sales by destination, Plukio's fees and the yearly summary each have a Download CSV button (the sales file includes your refunds). The files are the same figures the page shows.

What you earned on one order

Plukio doesn't show a net figure per order. The order shows what the buyer paid. Plukio's fee on it is in the Plukio's fees CSV, which lists each fee with its order. Stripe's own fee is in your Stripe dashboard. See Fees on Plukio.

Other places to look

• Your dashboard shows Revenue and Orders for the last 7 days, 30 days or year. A fully refunded order isn't counted there, but a partly refunded one counts at its full total. See Your dashboard and stats.
• Your Orders page lists your orders under All, with a count beside it, and you can search by buyer or item.
• Your listings download from your Products page. See Editing in bulk and exporting a CSV.
