Your dashboard and stats

Your dashboard is the first page you see when you sell on Plukio. Before your shop opens, it shows your next setup step. Once it's open, it shows how your shop is doing.

Choosing a time window

Pick 7d, 30d or 1y at the top. Each number compares with the same length of time just before it.

The four numbers

  • Revenue: what your paid orders brought in. Partly refunded orders still count; fully refunded ones don't.
  • Orders: paid orders in the window, counted the same way.
  • Storefront visits: how many times your shop page and product pages were opened.
  • Conversion: orders divided by visits, as a percentage. It shows n/a until you have visits.

The Plukio app shows the same numbers, with Visits for storefront visits.

What counts as a visit

A visit counts when one of your pages opens in a browser that runs it fully. That filters out most bots, though not every one. Treat it as a rough guide to your traffic.

Discovery

The Discovery card shows where shoppers saw your listings on Plukio, such as search results, category pages, the homepage or your shop page. Your own visits aren't counted. These views are kept for 90 days, so the 1y window shows the last 90 days here.

  • Most viewed: up to five of your listings with the most product page views, and how many of each sold.
  • Searches that found you: what shoppers typed before viewing your listings. Searches that too few shoppers made are hidden.

Discovery counts product page views, which is a different thing from storefront visits, so the two numbers won't match.

The rest of the page

  • Recent orders, with a link to All orders.
  • Needs a minute: things to do, such as orders waiting to ship, a product with no photo, or adding your tax details.
  • Your plan: Free or Paid. See Free vs Paid.
