Your fee statement
Your fee statement lists everything Plukio charged you in a period: the fee on each sale, each Paid plan payment, and any fee Plukio gave back when you refunded an order.
Open your statement
- Go to the Taxes page in your shop.
- Choose Month, Quarter, Year or Custom, then use the arrows to pick the period (for Custom, enter the dates and choose Show).
- Under Plukio's fees, choose Open the statement.
On the statement, Print prints it, or saves it as a PDF from your browser's print window, and Download CSV gives you the same fees as a spreadsheet file.
Note
The Taxes page and fee statements are on the web only, not in the Plukio app.
What's on it
- Who issued it: "Issued by Howdoicomputer, LLC, which operates Plukio." with our contact email.
- Billed to: your legal name, address and tax number from your tax details, as they were when each fee was charged. If you changed your details during the period, the fees after the change start a new block. Fees from before you added any details are billed to your shop's name.
- A row for each fee: the date, what it was (Fee on a sale, Paid plan or Fee refunded), the order it belongs to and the amount. A fee refunded shows as a negative amount.
- Totals, one for each currency.
Every statement also says: "Plukio charges no VAT, GST or sales tax on these fees."
Reverse charge
If a fee relied on an EU VAT number that the EU's VIES register confirmed was valid, its row says Reverse charge, and the statement adds: "Reverse charge: you account for any VAT due on these fees." UK VAT numbers aren't checked with VIES, so they never carry it.
Receipts for the Paid plan
Paid plan payments are on your fee statement. Stripe also keeps the card and receipts for them: on your Plan page, choose Manage billing.
See Fees for selling on Plukio for what each fee is.
