Getting paid

When a buyer pays, the money goes straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank. Plukio never holds your money, so there's no Plukio balance to withdraw.

What reaches your Stripe account is the order total less Plukio's fee. Stripe then takes its own fees from your Stripe account.

When will the money arrive?

Stripe decides when it pays out, not Plukio. Your payout schedule, your balance and every payout are in your Stripe dashboard. To open it:

1. Go to your shop dashboard.
2. Choose Open Stripe.

You can also use Open Stripe dashboard on the Payments card in your shop settings.

To change the bank account your payouts go to, or to ask about a payout that hasn't arrived, use your Stripe dashboard. Stripe holds your bank details, and Plukio can't change them or a payout.

"Stripe needs attention"

If Stripe stops taking payments for your shop until it gets more from you, such as checking your identity, your dashboard says Stripe needs attention, and buyers can't pay until it's sorted out. Choose Fix it, then Finish Stripe setup, and Stripe asks for what it needs. See Connecting Stripe.

Which currency am I paid in?

Your shop sells in one currency, set by the country you chose when you opened it, and buyers pay in that currency. Shops can sell from 44 countries:

• Euro: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
• Pound sterling: the United Kingdom and Gibraltar.
• Swiss franc: Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Their own currency: Australia, Canada, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Sweden and the United States.

Your country and currency can't be changed after you open your shop.
