Reviews of your products
Reviews on Plukio are written about products, and they show on the product's page. Each review has a star rating from 1 to 5, and can have a title and some words.
Who can review
Anyone signed in to Plukio can review a product, once per product. They don't have to have bought it. When the reviewer did buy that product from your shop through Plukio's checkout, their review says Bought on Plukio.
You can't review your own shop's products.
Can I reply to a review?
No. There's no way to reply to a review on Plukio. If the reviewer bought from you, you can reach them about their order in messages. Only the person who wrote a review can change or delete it.
A review breaks the rules
- Open the product's page and find the review.
- Open the review's menu and choose Report this review.
- Pick a reason and add details if you like, then send it.
The reasons are: Spam or fake, Harassment or abuse, Off-topic, Misleading or dishonest, Abusive language, or Something else. A person at Plukio reviews every report within 24 hours, and can take the review down. Who sent a report is seen only by Plukio's staff.
When a reviewer deletes their account
Their reviews stay up, shown as from "Deleted account", without their name or photo.
