Reporting a listing, shop or review
You can report any listing, shop or review on Plukio. You need to be signed in.
Report a listing or a shop
- On the web, press Report this listing at the end of the listing's details, above the reviews, or Report this shop at the end of the shop's About section. In the iPhone and Android apps, use the More button on the item's photo or on the shop's page.
- Choose what's wrong with it. For a listing, the choices are:
- Made with AI
- Resold or mass-produced, not made by this maker
- A copy of someone else's work
- Not allowed on Plukio
- Misleading photos or description
- Something else
- Add anything else that helps, if you like, and press Send report.
Report a review
Open the review's menu (⋯) and choose Report this review. Pick a reason, add details if you like, and press Send report.
What happens next
A person at Plukio reviews every report within 24 hours. The shop is never told who reported it. We don't email you the outcome of a listing, shop or review report.
When you report a listing, we keep a copy of it as you saw it, so the reviewer sees what you saw even if the shop changes it. That copy is deleted 180 days after the review.
What isn't allowed is in the Prohibited Items Policy.

Something urgent? Email [email protected].
Someone is using my work
If a listing copies your work, you can report it with A copy of someone else's work. To send a formal copyright or trademark notice, follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy, which says what a notice needs and where to send it.
If the listing is from your own shop and you just want it off Plukio, you don't need a notice. See Removing your shop.
