Seller emails and notifications
We email your shop's owner about orders, messages and your plan. You choose most of them in Settings, under Emails. Each switch saves right away, and every one starts on.
Emails you can turn off
- A new paid order: the moment payment lands, one email per order.
- A new message: when a buyer writes and you haven't read it on Plukio. A burst of messages comes as one email.
- Plan running out: once, when your paid period enters its grace window.
- Dropped to the free plan: if your plan lapses, saying exactly what stayed listed.
- Plan renewed: a receipt each time a payment extends your paid-through date.
- Weekly summary: on Mondays, your orders, revenue and what's waiting to ship. It's skipped in a week when nothing happened.
Note
If you turn these off, your dashboard is the only place you'll hear about them.
Emails we always send
These are about your money or whether buyers can buy, so they can't be turned off:
- a buyer opened a dispute, with what to do in Stripe;
- a refund failed after Stripe accepted it, so the buyer wasn't paid;
- Stripe turned payments off for your shop, or turned them back on;
- your Stripe account was disconnected from Plukio;
- your shop review: we got your request, your shop was approved, or it was sent back with a note;
- the return date you set while away has arrived.
Alerts in the Plukio app
The app can send two alerts to your phone. Turn them on or off in the app's Settings, under Notifications:
- New-order alerts, when someone buys from you. The alert doesn't show the amount or who bought.
- Message alerts, when a buyer writes.
These are separate from the emails, so turning one off doesn't change the other. If alerts are off for Plukio in your phone's settings, turn them on there first.
For emails about your own account and purchases, see Emails from Plukio.
