Paying for the Paid plan

Paid plan time is something you buy, like a pass. Nothing renews unless you turn auto-renew on. Everything here happens on your Plan page. Not sure Paid is for you? See Free vs Paid.

You can buy Paid time once your shop is open, or while it's away. A shop that's still in setup or review, closed, or suspended can't.

Buy Paid time

1. Go to plukio.com/sell/plan.
2. Under Buy more time, pick a stretch: 1 month, or 3, 6 or 12 months to save 10%, 20% or 30%.
3. Select the button (Upgrade, Buy or Renew) and pay by card in Stripe Checkout. You'll be asked for a billing address, and you can add a business tax ID.

A month is 30 days. Time stacks: new time starts where your current time ends, never from today, so buying early never wastes days. Your Plan page shows how many days you're covered for.

Auto-renew

Turn on Auto-renew to pay the plan price every month without thinking about it. It sets up a monthly subscription through Stripe Checkout. Turn it off any time: your current paid time still runs to its end, it just doesn't renew. Months you bought always run their course.

Card and receipts

Select Manage billing to open Stripe's billing portal, where your card and receipts live.

When your paid time runs out

1. Grace. For 7 days, nothing changes: you keep the Paid fee. We email you Renew soon.
2. Back on Free. After the grace, your shop moves to Free and we email you Now on the free plan. Everything stays listed and nothing is hidden or deleted; the fee on each sale goes up to 6% until you renew.

Renewing at any point puts you back on Paid. We email you Renewed when it goes through. You can turn these plan emails off in Settings.

Pausing, closing and suspension

• Going away doesn't touch your plan. It keeps running, and renewing if auto-renew is on. See Going away.
• Closing your shop, or a suspension, stops auto-renew. Your current paid time runs to its end. If you reopen, turn auto-renew back on yourself. See Closing your shop.
