Blocking and reporting in messages

You can report or block anyone you're talking to, from any conversation.

Report a message or a conversation

  1. Open the conversation in Messages.
  2. To report one message, press the flag beside it. To report the whole conversation, open the More menu (⋯) at the top and choose Report conversation.
  3. Pick what's wrong with it: spam or a scam, asking to pay outside Plukio, harassment or hate, threats or violence, sexual content, or something else. You can add more detail.
  4. To stop them messaging you too, tick Also block.
  5. Press Send report.

A person at Plukio reviews every report within 24 hours. The other person isn't told who reported them. When we've looked, we email you what we did. We may remove the message, or stop the sender's account from sending messages.

When you report a conversation, Plukio gets a copy of its latest messages, so the person reviewing it sees what you saw. That copy is deleted 180 days after the review.

  • They aren't told. If they open the conversation, they see "You can't reply to this conversation".
  • Your orders aren't affected.
