Writing a review

Anyone signed in to Plukio can review an item. Reviews help the next shopper know how a piece turned out.

Write a review

1. Open the item's page and scroll to the reviews, just under the item.
2. Press Write a review, or tap a star if the item has no reviews yet.
3. Pick Your rating, from 1 to 5 stars.
4. Add a Title and Your review if you like. Both are optional.
5. Press Post review.

Your review shows right away, first in the list for you. You can review each item once. You can also write reviews in the iPhone and Android apps.

When can I leave a review?

Any time. Most items on Plukio are bought on the shop's own website, so Plukio never sees the order, and you don't need to have bought through Plukio to review.

"Bought on Plukio"

Some makers sell on Plukio itself. When you review one of their items after buying it here, your review shows Bought on Plukio. It's only possible for those items, because only a Plukio checkout leaves a record.

Edit or delete your review

Find your review on the item's page and press Edit or Delete. A deleted review can't be brought back.

If you delete your Plukio account, your reviews stay up, shown as from "Deleted account". Delete any you want gone first. See Deleting your account.

What you can't do

• Review an item from a shop you run.
• Post many reviews in a short time. If you see "You're reviewing too quickly", try again later.

Helpful votes and reports

Press Helpful on a review that helped you. If a review breaks the rules, open its menu (⋯) and choose Report this review. See Reporting.
