Deleting your account
You can delete your Plukio account yourself, in the app or on the web. You confirm once, and it's deleted right away. We email you to confirm it's done.
- In the Plukio app: go to Settings, then Delete account.
- On the web: go to plukio.com/account/delete.

Want a copy of your data? Email [email protected] before you delete your account.
What's deleted, and what stays
- Your personal information is deleted right away, and copies in our backups within 30 days.
- Your messages are deleted for both sides of each conversation. The other person sees that the account was deleted, but not what was said.
- Your reviews stay up, shown as from "Deleted account", without your name or photo.
Note
Order records stay for 10 years, as tax law asks, no longer linked to you. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
Can't sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
