Your shop's look: description, maker video and links
Every shop on Plukio uses the same page layout: your name, where you ship from, a few words about your work, your products, and an About section further down. You choose what goes in it from Settings.
What you make
Under Shop details, What you make is a short description of your shop. It shows near your name, and in full under About. Press Save changes when you're done.
A maker video
The Maker video card puts a YouTube video on your shop page. It plays from YouTube, so you don't upload anything to Plukio.
- Paste the video's YouTube link and press Find video.
- Choose what kind of video it is:
- How it's made: you, making your work. It leads your shop page.
- As seen on: someone else's video about your shop. It goes in About.
- Press Save video.
To change it later, use Replace video or Remove.
The card shows where your video is. While your shop is away or closed, it isn't showing. If the video's owner turns off playing it on other sites, it comes off your page until embedding is turned back on in YouTube Studio. If we take a video down, the card says so.
Links
The Links card adds your Instagram, YouTube, Bluesky and TikTok to About. Type your handle in each one you want, leave the rest blank, and press Save links.
In the app
The Plukio app edits your shop name, description and where you ship from, in Shop settings. The maker video and links are set on the web.
Note
There's no setting for a logo, banner or shop announcement yet.
