Product photos
Each product can have up to 8 photos. The first one is the cover, the photo buyers see first.
Add photos
- Open the product from Your products.
- In Photos, press Browse photos and choose one or more photos.
- Press Add 1 photo (or Add 3 photos, and so on) to attach them.
Plukio takes JPEG, PNG and WebP photos up to 8 MB each. On the website, a photo that's bigger than that, or in another format your browser can open, is resized and saved as a JPEG for you before it uploads. Resizing also removes the photo's hidden details, such as where it was taken.
Tip
If we can't read a photo (for example an iPhone HEIC photo in a browser other than Safari), we name it and ask for a JPEG, PNG or WebP instead.
Choose the cover and the order
- Drag a photo onto another to move it.
- Or use ‹ and › under a photo to move it one place, or Make cover to put it first.
Describe each photo
Under each photo there's a Describe this photo box. Write what the photo shows, like "Blue stoneware mug from the side". People who use screen readers hear this description. It saves a moment after you stop typing. A photo with no description uses the product's title.
Remove a photo
Press × on the photo and confirm. To replace a photo, remove it and add the new one.
Note
Duplicate doesn't copy photos to the new product. Add them again on the copy.
