Problems with an order from a shop's own website

When you press Buy on and a shop's name, you finish buying on that shop's own website. Your purchase, including payment, shipping, returns and any dispute, is between you and that shop, under the shop's own terms and policies.

That means Plukio has no record of the order. We can't see it, change it, cancel it or refund it.

What to do

  1. Find your order confirmation email from the shop. It usually says how to reach the shop.
  2. If you can't find it, open the shop's website. Its contact page, or its own order lookup, is the place to start.
  3. Tell the shop your order number and what went wrong.

The shop is also who to ask about returns, exchanges, a late parcel, a change of address or cancelling the order. Each shop sets its own policies.

The price or stock was different on the shop's site

Plukio copies each listing from the shop's public website and checks back regularly, so a change can take a little while to reach Plukio. The shop's own website is always right about price and stock, and you pay the shop's price.

Something seems wrong with the shop itself

If a listing or a shop on Plukio looks like a scam or breaks the rules, use Report this listing at the end of the listing's page, or Report this shop at the end of the shop's page. See Reporting a listing, shop or review.
