How buying works
Most shops on Plukio sell on their own websites. When you press Buy on and the shop's name, Plukio sends you to that shop's website, and you finish buying there.
Who handles my order?
The shop does. You pay on the shop's website, and that shop handles payment, shipping, returns and any problem with the order. Plukio isn't part of that sale, so it has no record of your order and can't change, cancel or refund it.
If something goes wrong, contact the shop directly. Its website, and usually your order confirmation email, will have a way to reach it.
The price or stock doesn't match the shop
Plukio copies each listing from the shop's public website and checks back regularly, so a change can take a little while to reach Plukio.
Note
The shop's own website is always right about price and stock.
What does ≈ mean next to a price?
It's an estimate of the price in your currency, worked out from the day's exchange rate. You pay the shop's price, in the shop's currency. You can choose your currency in your account settings.
