Listing your website
If you run a shop on your own website, on Shopify, Squarespace, Payhip, Fourthwall, WooCommerce or Big Cartel, you can list it on Plukio. A listing costs $4.99 a month, and Plukio takes no cut of your sales: every Buy click goes to your own store, and buyers pay you there.
We look at every shop before it's listed, and there's nothing to pay until we've said yes.
Asking to be listed
- Go to Sell on Plukio and find List your website.
- Type your shop's web address. As you type, the page says whether it can be listed.
- Select List my website. If you're not signed in, you'll sign in first (an email link or Google) and come back to the same address.
Your listing page opens, In review. You'll find it again under Website listings in your account menu.
You can list one website for now. Once you have one, Sell on Plukio shows it in place of the form. An address we decline, or one PlukioBot can't read, leaves you free to send a different one.
What happens next
- In review. We look at your shop. You'll get an email either way.
- Approved. We said yes, and PlukioBot reads your catalog, out of sight.
- Ready to pay. You'll get an email. Select Start my listing on your listing page within 30 days, and your shop shows up on Plukio right away. We send a reminder about a week before the 30 days end. If they pass unpaid, the approval lapses: select Send it again and we'll take another look.
- Declined. We tell you why, and nothing is charged.
- Can't list. PlukioBot couldn't list your shop, for example because your robots.txt asks it to stay away or because it found fewer than 5 things for sale. Your listing page says why. Nothing is charged, and once you've fixed it you can send the address again.
Paying and renewal
You pay through Stripe, on its own checkout page. A listing renews each month by default: the Renew it each month box is ticked. Untick it before you pay to buy just one month.
- Turning renewal off: select Turn off renewal on your listing page. Nothing more is charged, and your listing comes down when the month you paid for ends.
- Receipts and your card: select Receipts and card on your listing page. Stripe also emails you a receipt for each payment.
- A renewal that fails: your shop stays listed for 7 days while you update your card. Select Update my card. If it isn't updated, the listing comes down.
- Refunds are by request: write to [email protected].
Coming back
When a listing comes down, your catalog is kept. Select Come back on your listing page and PlukioBot reads your shop again; then you can start your listing again.
Emails we send
We email you when your shop is approved, declined or can't be listed, when an approval is about to close and when it closes, when your shop goes live, when a renewal fails (and when it goes through again), and when your listing comes down. Stripe sends your receipts.
Already on Plukio?
Shops listed before the fee stay listed, free. There's nothing to do: Sell on Plukio says so when you type the address. If that ever changes, you'll hear about it well before it applies.
